For months, Rivers people have endured instability following the Supreme Court’s dismissal of the 23 local government chairmen installed under Sir Fubara’s administration. That judgment exposed the failures of the ruling establishment and opened the door for a fresh beginning. The Action Democratic Party (ADP) stands ready to provide that new beginning.
