ADP Lagos Social Welfare Movement: Power belongs to the People!

Fellow Lagosians

We urge you today not just as members of a political party – but as citizens who love our country, who dream of a better future, and who refuse to surrender our destiny to a handful of corrupt rulers.

Nigeria today is bleeding. Our nation is under siege – not by foreign invaders, but by a lawless regime that has turned governance into a business venture, and public office into a marketplace of greed!

They call it leadership, but what we see is looting! They call it progress, but what we live is suffering! They call it democracy, but what we endure is tyranny in disguise!

Our brothers and sisters, look around you – poverty everywhere, hunger in every home, and hopelessness in every heart. Our youths roam the streets with no jobs, no opportunities, and no future. Our mothers are crying in the markets; the cost of food is unbearable. Our fathers can no longer provide for their families.

Yet those in power travel abroad with private jets, feed fat on public funds, and mock the people they swore to serve!

Is this the Nigeria we voted for? Is this the Lagos of our dreams?

No! It is a nation hijacked by lawless men who rely on thugs, bribes, vote-buying, and intimidation to hold on to power!

But today, from Lagos – the heartbeat of our nation – we say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Enough of corruption! Enough of oppression! Enough of fake promises and failed leadership!

The Action Democratic Party, ADP Lagos – stands here as the voice of the voiceless, the hope of the hopeless, and the movement of the people! We are here to tell Nigerians that there is still a party that believes in justice, fairness, and true democracy.

We are here to tell the world that our nation will rise again – not through violence, but through the power of the people’s will!

WHAT WE STAND FOR!

ADP Lagos believes that politics must be about people’s welfare – not personal wealth! We believe that leadership must be about service – not self-enrichment! We believe that government must protect lives and livelihoods – not destroy them! We believe that no Nigerian should go to bed hungry, no child should be denied education, and no youth should be left jobless while our leaders grow richer by the day!

OUR PROMISE TO THE PEOPLE

1, We will restore social security – so that every unemployed youth can access support, training, and opportunities.

2, We will fight hunger – by empowering local farmers and reducing the cost of food and transport.

3, We will return power to the people – by ending political thuggery and bringing accountability into governance.

4, We will rebuild Lagos for all, not just for the rich and connected few.

5, We will make every kobo count – because the wealth of Lagos belongs to its people, not a political cartel!

Fellow Lagosians, the ruling class wants you to believe that change is impossible. They want you to believe that your voice doesn’t matter. They want you to give up – but ADP Lagos says: DO NOT GIVE UP! When the people unite, no corrupt power can stop them! When the hungry, the jobless, and the oppressed stand together, no tyrant can silence them!

This is not a campaign; it is a rescue mission. A mission to save Nigeria from the hands of criminals in government. A mission to restore dignity to our people and hope to our land.

So we ask you today – from the heart of Lagos, from the streets of Agege to the shores of Epe, from the markets of Mushin to the campuses of Yaba Tech – Will you rise and defend your future? Will you vote for justice, fairness, and progress? Will you join ADP to rescue Nigeria. Together, we will defeat corruption. Together, we will end poverty. Together, we will reclaim our democracy.

ADP Lagos is not just a political party – it is the people’s movement, the conscience of the nation, and the hope of the next generation!

ADP Lagos – For the People. Let us build a new Nigeria – where leadership serves, justice reigns, and every citizen lives with dignity and pride!

ADP Lagos! A New Dawn for Lagosians!!
